We send text messages only about freight you have asked us to quote or move: quote replies, rate confirmations, driver assignment, pickup and delivery updates, ETA changes, proof of delivery, and questions from dispatch. We also reply when you text us first. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
You agree to receive texts by checking the text-message box on our quote request form, by texting our dispatch number first, or by giving dispatch your mobile number for updates on a load. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of doing business with us — you can always use phone or email instead.
Message frequency varies with your loads. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; we will confirm and send no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call 1-855-397-4562, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use your name, phone number and email only to quote, dispatch and update you on your freight. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our phone provider), and only for that purpose, or when required by law.
